Our large format fermentation barrels offer winemakers an optimal tool in achieving maximum expressiveness of their wines.
The 500L and 600L barrels are provided with a stainless-steel door, instead of a bung hole, which allows efficient loading of the fruit. For convenience, the top head can be equipped with an optional tasting tap and din valve.
